CHALLENGE
In 2016, PT Waskita Beton Precast, one of the subsidiaries of PT Waskita Karya, and also a relatively new player at the time in the concrete precast industry, wanted to go public. But several challenges arose before the IPO. One of them was how to make a relatively new, and also wasn’t a well-known company in the industry became a possible prospect or even profitable investment that investors wanted to invest in.
