PT WASKITA BETON PRECAST IPO AND LISTING at Indonesia Stock Exchange

CHALLENGE: 

In 2016, PT Waskita Beton Precast, one of the subsidiaries of PT Waskita Karya, and also a relatively new player at the time in the concrete precast industry, wanted to go public. But several challenges arose before the IPO. One of them was how to make a relatively new, and also wasn’t a well-known company in the industry became a possible prospect or even profitable investment that investors wanted to invest in.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE:

We realize that public exposure and publicity are essences in a company that wants to go public. To increase brand awareness and brand story that the media wanted to cover. First, we created a brand story “Toll roads that connect and make travel easier.” That brand story became a foundation for the media that wanted to cover the company. Which resulted in a public exposure that the company needed. One of the advantages of working with Kitacomm is our extensive connections in various media companies and newsrooms. Using these in a sense, we became toll roads that connect PT Waskita Beton Precast to several media companies and newsrooms.
